  • 2 Medium Heads of Broccoli about 16 ounces
  • 4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese to be added the last five minutes to give that cheesy flavor.

Optional

  • 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper If you like a bit of a spicy kick add the crushed red pepper.

  • To ensure that your olive oil is infused with the garlic and spices begin by adding the minced garlic and seasonings of your choice to the olive oil. For this recipe I chose to add Italian seasoning.
    Mix the ingredients together and allow them to sit as you prepare the broccoli.

  • In a medium mixing bowl add the olive oil and seasonings. Mix the ingredients together until evenly coated.
