  • Take 1/4 of the marinade and set it aside for basting the chicken as it cooks.
    With the other 3/4 of the marinade place it into the container that you intend to marinate your chicken in. I like to use a Ziploc freezer bag or bowl with a lid.

  • Place the chicken of your choice into the Ziploc freezer bag or bowl that you placed 3/4 of the marinade into. Move the chicken around until it is completely covered. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
  • Remove the chicken from the refrigerator. Take the chicken out of the container and discard the bag or bowl that the chicken was marinating in. Do not use reuse the marinade in the bowl.
  • Cook the chicken on the grill, in the oven, or on the stove top basting the chicken with half of the left over marinade prior to cooking. After 10 minutes turn the chicken over and baste the chicken with the remaining Greek Chicken Marinade. Back the Greek Chicken until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 °F
